I help ambitious over-achievers who are stuck in their heads find a path back to their emotions and body. My clients struggle like you do. Despite being driven, capable, and as likable as a goofy puppy, life is hard. 

When they first come in, they feel weighed down by the constant pressure to do it all perfectly. Everyone in their life thinks that they have it all under control, but internally they feel like everything is on fire and don’t even know where to start putting out the flames. They feel frustrated that they can’t outthink their emotions no matter how skilled they are at rationalizing. They’re so used to powering through difficulties that they’ve become disconnected from themselves and others. This leads them to feeling lonely, misunderstood, and unfulfilled.

Their desire to not burden others has led to endless burden on themselves. They long for deeper connection in relationships but don’t know how to let people see behind the curtain. They want the freedom to feel joy, love, and peace.

Before they came to see me, they were feeling down on themselves like they should have it all figured out already. They’re so used to putting on a mask and telling everyone that they’re fine when in reality, deep down they feel disconnected and like a failure. Despite putting in enormous effort to make themselves feel as put together as others see them, they can’t seem to hack it and they shame themselves for it.
